The Focus on Energy Program Administrator (Administrator) is issuing this RFQ for the selection of several service providers to support a new Emerging Technology Accelerator for Focus on Energy (Program). The purpose of this RFQ is to provide information enabling interested parties to prepare and submit qualifications highlighting the ability to support the scope. The Administrator intends to use the results of this RFQ to schedule interviews within three weeks of due date with those service providers best equipped to deliver the work. Selected service providers will be awarded with indefinite quantity contracts.
