End-use specific attribution factor results based on the FY06 statewide Focus on Energy Business Programs impact evaluation data. The secondary purpose of this report is to provide a full series of sector level adjustment factors and additional analysis of the data that illustrate the effect the Channel Initiatives are having on each sector.
